Can I apply for the eChannel product of Fubon Life Hong Kong? What is the application process?
  1. Choose the product, input plan information to generate Benefit Illustration.
  2. Answer simplified health questions (if applicable), enter personal particulars and upload images of identity documents.
  3. Submit application and pay premium.
  4. Email notification will be sent upon submission of application. We will process your application within 3 working days.
Is it safe to apply insurance online?
In order to protect customers, during the insurance application process, we adopt a strict encryption process to ensure data security and to protect customers' personal data. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy Statement
How can I know if my application has been submitted successfully?
After you have completed all the online application procedures, you will see a confirmation screen with an application number. We will also send you email notification and provide you with a link to check your submitted documents during application anytime. You can also contact our Customer Services Department for enquiries.
How to get my policy online?
After the policy has been issued, you can register for Customer Connect, our online policy enquiry platform. You can then log in to Customer Connect anytime to review your e-policy.
Will I receive any policy documents?
E-policy document will be encrypted with password protected and then emailed to you. E-policy document will also be available on Customer Connect, our online policy enquiry platform, for your download and review anytime. For any inforce policy, policy annual statement will be issued at each policy anniversary to provide you with updated information and policy values of your policy.
